Our OEM/ODM workflow is designed to ensure a seamless process from concept to completion. Here's a detailed look at the steps we take to fulfill your OEM/ODM requirements:
1. ID Design Based on Client Requests & Needs: Our team of designers works closely with you to create an industrial design (ID) that aligns with your brand identity and product goals.
2. Structural, PCB, & Software Design: Once the ID design is finalized, we move on to the structural design, which includes the physical components and assembly of the product. Concurrently, our engineers design the printed circuit board (PCB) and develop the software that will power your product, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
3. Prototype Building and Testing: With the designs in place, we construct prototypes to test the functionality and durability of your product. This stage is crucial for identifying any potential issues and ensuring that the product meets the highest quality standards.
4. Client Prototype Confirmation and Internal Mold Feasibility Confirmation: We present the prototypes to you for review and confirmation. Your feedback at this stage is invaluable. Simultaneously, we conduct an internal assessment to confirm the feasibility of the mold, ensuring that it can be produced efficiently and effectively.
5. Mold-Making: Upon your approval and confirmation of mold feasibility, we proceed with the mold-making process. This involves creating the precise molds that will be used for the mass production of your product.
6. Trial Production & SoP Formalization: Before full-scale production, we conduct a trial production run. This allows us to fine-tune the manufacturing process and formalize the Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the mass production phase.
7. Mass Production: With the trial run completed and the SoP in place, we initiate mass production. Our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team work tirelessly to produce your product at scale, maintaining strict quality control standards throughout the process.

Customize Color: How to get the desired color?
All our products have several factory standard colors for users to choose, but the standard factory colors only cater to some users in the market. It does not mean that we cannot supply pet product in other colors. Customer can customize any colors they want and just need to provide the corresponding Pantone color number. Laser-engraved logo customization
Dipinle employs cutting-edge laser engraving technology, with high-energy laser beams precisely targeting charger surfaces. Controlled by computer systems with pinpoint accuracy, the laser delivers instant energy, rapidly heating and vaporizing the material’s surface to etch crisp patterns, text, or logos. Boasting exceptional precision, this technology achieves micron-level detailing—ensuring logos have sharp edges and smooth contours. What’s more, the non-contact process eliminates physical damage to chargers and works seamlessly on materials like metal and plastic. Engraved logos stand up to wear and corrosion, retaining clarity over time to enhance products with distinct identity and visual appeal.
CUSTOMIZE SPECIFIC LOGO & PRODUCT BOX
If you designed the logo by yourself, you need to provide Ai/pdf file to us. If you want us to design the logo, just need to tell us your idea. we can print the logo on the product through the following two printing techniques.
Silk Screen Printing: If the surface of the product is flat, we usually use silk screen printing. one color can only be applied at a time. A logo with different colors will need different silk screens and stencils for every area where the color needs to be printed. Laser Engraving: The laser engraving technique uses a laser light to engrave on the product’s surface to make a pattern.
In addition to logo, product box can also be customized. Multiple printing, style, material and size options are available. Just tell us your requirement, we will do the rest.
